Contract Engineer

Service Description

At the direction of counsel, manage contract life-cycle and portfolio of business clients by negotiating and accurately drafting and regulatory compliant of contractual documentation. Facilitate and coordinate all internal stakeholders involved in the contracting process including legal partners. Communicate any contractual documentation changes to the client mandate to applicable internal stakeholders. Ensure that all completed contractual documentation is properly filed and stored.
