Service Description

At the direction of counsel, direct the formation, registration, and continued maintenance of new and existing legal entities. Management of board-meeting materials such as but not limited to: Power of Attorney, Shareholder Report, Fund Prospectus, and Statements of Addition Information, Annual Reports. Prepare & analyze legal documents related to legal entity corporate governance, including certificates of formation, by-laws, corporate resolutions, annual filings, dissolution and withdrawals, partnership, LLC and shareholder agreements, as well as other legal forms.
