Service Description

At the direction of counsel, draft closing statements, deeds, UCC financing statements and other documents to close transactions; prepare leases and modifications thereto; and draft and review of legal documents: confidentiality agreements, loan documents, easements, leases, operating agreements, title and survey. Create closing binders and organizational charts, certificates of formation, applications for authority and other corporate filing documentation.
